At first, Ravello had very little web traffic and almost no leads or conversions. Their innovative solution was based on a complex virtual concept, which was difficult to explain to their main target audience – developers and IT professionals. Our challenge was to build a new digital presence that will present Ravello’s virtual platform as well as market a technological solution to users who didn’t even know existed.

The new Ravello website has been redesigned with a clean, minimalist approach. The new concept includes multiple, responsive page templates, custom-made technical diagrams and icons.
First, we started by defining the main target audiences, followed by planning new website interfaces based on pre-sale and post-sale. The entire flow of information has been planned accordingly, embedded with prominent Call to Actions (CTA’s), such as: start free trial, request for demo, PDF downloads, newsletter registration and live support.
A whole new section of Solutions has been created in order to help their target audiences find the specific info they’re looking for. All the solutions are also presented in the home page as well as in the extensive mega menu of the website.
A new blog has been created – focusing on the company’s solutions – with more content written each month to increase traffic.
To enhance Ravello’s digital presence even more, we designed REPO – the company’s new community website, where users can share Ravello-based applications with other users.
We work closely with Ravello’s local and global teams to maximize lead conversion via keyword research and strategy, optimize site content for better SEO, improve bounce rate and user experience (UX) via A/B testing, and optimize the website and blog code for W3C and major search engines.
Today we’re also working with ravelo’s R&D team, providing them with a wide range of UI/UX solutions for their existing service application.
